How to add audio to your Cards visualization

Whether you're adding a recording of a speech to a politician's profile, creating a soundboard or maintaining a grid of podcasts, the audio feature in our Cards template lets you bring your visualization to life with sound.

To add audio to your cards like in the example above,

In the data tab, create a new column for your audio files and upload your audio files in an MP3 format by right-clicking in the cell and selecting "Upload file"



When selecting your audio file from your file chooser, you will need to make sure that all file types have been enabled to be selected. You can do this by selecting "All files" in the format settings.

Add the column containing your audio files to the "Audio" column binding in the "Select columns to visualise" panel

Success! Your card should now play the audio supplied in the uploaded file when the card is clicked on.
