How to color an individual bar or line

In the Chart styles settings, find "Colors" > "Colour mode", and select "By row"

Create a color palette with only one color by clicking "edit palette" in your Color options and delete all colours except for one

Specify the row you would like to color differently in the custom overrides



Et voilà! You should have an individually colored bar now. You can use the same technique for line and pie charts.
