How to change the start position of your photo slider
By default, photo sliders created with Flourish start at a 50/50 position when published. To change this,

Add your photo slider to a Flourish story by clicking Create a story in the top-right corner of the editor page.

In the story editor, adjust the slider to the position you'd like it to start at.

Disable the story navigation in the Navigation style settings and export your story.

That's it – your visualization is ready to be embedded. It will now start at your selected slider position because the story editor, unlike the visualization editor, saves the state of your story.
