How to extrude regions in your 3D map

The 3D map template offers a variety of visualization options. One of them is the option to extrude regions according to a value in the Regions sheet.

Add your data to the Regions layer, opting to replace the old data. Then, bind the columns to the relevant column bindings.



TIP: When uploading your own GeoJSON, we recommend file sizes up to 5 MB. Anything larger than that will reduce performance. To learn how to resize your GeoJSON file, head over to this help doc.

Bind the column you wish to extrude by to the Height binding

Head over to the Regions settings to make sure Extrude regions is turned on and optionally customize the minimum and maximum height
