How to cancel your personal subscription

Warning: If you cancel your personal subscription, you will no longer have access to direct email support or HTML downloads.

If you have a personal subscription with Flourish but would like to cancel, it is possible to do this from your account.

Go to your My account page by clicking the icon in the top right corner.

Scroll down to Account details and click on Cancel subscription

Once you have clicked Cancel subscription, you will see a warning like so:

If you still want to cancel your subscription, click Cancel subscription. Your projects will remain private, but you will no longer have access to email support or HTML downloads.
